Graphic Design Services

The vendor is required to provide graphic design firm is expected to be able to create purposeful, clean designs that are effective, engaging, educational, and easy to understand.
• Providing design and creating concept, layout, and production of printed and digital publications to include annual financial reports, annual budgets, documents, and brochures. publications may include documents in excess of 200 pages. 
• Creating designs, layouts, and templates appropriate to specific audiences. 
• Advising on best practices for communicating across various audiences. 
• Managing production of printed materials and acting as liaison to the city’s vendors and printers. 
• Designing documents that electronically link the table of contents with the corresponding content location in documents. 
• Working with multiple departments to create and design reports and documents. 
• Creating infographics, tables, charts, illustrations, and graphs to highlight financial and statistical information for use in reports and presentations. 
• Editing design and content based on the city’s requirements and changes to publications and reports prior to finalization for production of materials. 
• Designing and producing collateral for special events including signage, handouts, brochures, banners, outdoor displays, and any other materials. 
• Creating graphics for use on the city’s social media platforms and website. 
• Creating covers for reports. 
• Creating infographics and fact sheets. 
• Designing and creating advanced PowerPoint layouts and templates. 
• Designing and creating documents and templates. 
• Designing and creating fillable pdf forms and documents.
• Designing and creating documents or publications that may be required occasionally.
• Providing all graphic design services in digital formats, as follows:
o Flat composites, low-resolution
o Layered illustration files, high resolution
o Graphic file format may change based on product type and use.
