Wayfinding Signs Services

The Vendor is required to provide sign manufacturing and Installation Company for refurbishing and updating information on two (2) existing pylon signs.
- Fabrication and delivery of four new post and panel directory signs.
- Provide in-house capabilities, for designing, fabricating, skilled labors, tools, equipment including but not limited aerial lift for refurbishing and onsite installation. 
- Vendor should have an existing office established in the state.
- Existing sign structures are located at the intersections of:
• Aviation circle @ county industrial boulevard
• County industrial park
- Vendor shall have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in manufacturing and installing similar signs.
- Provide a minimum of three (3) recent recommendations from clients for similar projects completed by vendor.
- Pressure and clean existing sign structures.
- Change existing sign colors using MAP® paint meeting county PMS color specifications and design (attached).
- Painting shall be done in accordance with manufacturer’s specification.
- Logo (s) used for this project will be provided in .eps, .jpg, and .pdf file format.
- Provide a one-year warranty for materials and workmanship.
- Directory sign a minimum of six (6) feet high and four (4) feet wide with remove able panels and vinyl lettering.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
