- Shop drawings and approvals
• Provide detailed shop drawings for all signage types, including dimensions, materials, color specifications, and mounting and installation details.
• These drawings must be submitted for review and approval before fabrication begins and must align with the design intent document and site-specific conditions.
- Supply and fabrication
• All signage materials must be supplied by the contractor in accordance with approved shop drawings.
• Signs must meet relevant accessibility standards and be constructed from durable materials suitable for long-term use in public environments.
- Installation
• Interior signage may include wall-mounted signs, door identifiers, and directional signage.
• Exterior signage may include facility identification signs, pedestrian and vehicular directional signs.
- Exterior signage
• For all exterior signage, the contractor is responsible for required excavation, concrete work, and sign base installation.
- Final deliverables
• As-built documentation of all installed signage
• Maintenance recommendations
• Warranty information for all materials and workmanship.
