Vinyl Graphics and Signage Supply and Installation Services

The vendor is required to provide vinyl graphics and signage supply and installation services for include:
- The salient characteristics of the products to be placed on walls and windows shall be based upon the following:
• 1/4" sheet acrylic wall displays, direct print on acrylic - 3/4" silver standoff mount (# of standoffs vary by size of display) 
• 1/8" sandwiched acrylic with photo quality poster inserts (2 ea. 1/8" acrylic panels with poster sandwiched between)- 3/4" silver standoff mounts (# of standoffs vary by size of display) 
• Vinyl wall "wraps" - standard printed vinyl wall wraps 6.0 mil matte (comparable to mactac permanent wall noodle or better) 
• Textured or smooth printed display wallpaper 
• Cut and weeded vinyl - single color for installation on windows, walls, etc. 
• Solid vinyl - single color or frosted for installation windows, walls, etc. 
• Printed or perforated vinyl - multi color and installation on windows, walls, etc. 
• Acrylic letters - pin and standoff mount - black in color (interior use) 4" and 6" 1/4" and 1/2" thicknesses. 
• Acrylic letters - adhesive and tape mount - black in color (interior use) 4" and 6" 1/4" and 1/2" thicknesses.
• Aluminum letters – pin and standoff mount - satin aluminum finish 4" and 6" 1/4 and 1/2" thicknesses per letter pricing + installation 
• Aluminum letters -adhesive mount -satin aluminum finish 4" and 6" 1/4" and 1/2" thicknesses 
• Printed ACM signage - cut to shape (rectangles, circles, etc.) 1/8" thick full color print and laminated or protected for outdoor use include costs for any drilling of mounting holes, etc. 
• PVC canvas wrap - wood or composite frame, canvas wraps around for clean edge drill or tape mount 
• 6 mil permanent mactac tac wall noodle or equivalent for the interior graphics on drywall.
- The equipment and related accessories described in the bid or required for a turn-key installation establish a standard of required function, dimension, appearance, and quality to be met by all bidders.
- The colors for the products to be installed are as follows.
• red (CMYK: 12,100,92,3)
• Black (CMYK: 40,30,30,100)
• Gray (CMYK: 0,0,0,20)
• White (CMYK: 0,0,0,0)
• Silver (color of silver metal for the lettering)
• Frosted film (no specific color required – industry standard).
