The Vendor is required to provide consulting services to support the development and implementation of an exterior digital signage strategy.
- Strategy Review
• Review existing digital signage policies and related documents
• Coordination of any market sounding, if required
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand communication needs and constraints; and
• Benchmark best practices from other municipalities.
- Location Assessment
• Conduct site visits and GIS-based analysis to identify up to four optimal signage locations on City-owned land;
• Provide rationale for each recommended site, including visibility, traffic volume, and infrastructure readiness; and
• Include language in the strategy that allows for future expansion of signage locations.
- Digital signage strategy report including site analysis, policy alignment, and implementation roadmap.
- Location assessment matrix - with maps, photos, and scoring of proposed sites.
