The vendor is required to provide graphic design template creation to develop a cohesive, branded set of graphic design templates in Canva for recurring agency education department events and programs.
- To develop a cohesive, branded set of graphic design templates in Canva for recurring agency education department events and programs.
- The graphic designer will create customizable, editable Canva templates, delivered before the end of the year, for the following categories:
1. Annual motifs or iconography for:
• Camps
• Summer school (aka fresh air camp)
• Experiential education after school program
• Healing of canoe program
• Back to school
• Recognition day (oct)
• Student recognition event and graduation
2. Event promotion
• Print flyers (8.5x11 and half-sheet)
• Social media graphics (Facebook, Instagram, email banner)
• Postcards and mailers
• Poster format (11x17 or larger)
• Email banner templates (horizontal for newsletters)
• Camp welcome packet (cover page, headers, iconography)
• Event agenda or schedule (blank, printable)
• Graduate certificate template (completion, participation, recognition)
• Event reminder graphics (for SMS or email headers)

1. Editable versions in: Canva
• Clear folder organization by event type
• Canva brand kit: color palette, fonts
o Agency uses a (required) font for only language materials to accommodate special characters.
- Collaboration
• Quarterly or semi-annual (teams or zoom) meetings with education staff to determine workflow
• Upload drafts and working files to agency SharePoint folder
• Collaborate with education admin assistant and education department staff
• Reports to: SAMHSA grant coordinator.
