- Revenue Estimation:
• Forecast of total market size for digital advertising on the third street promenade and county place shopping center
• Breakdown of potential revenue generation by number of digital displays.
• Forecast of revenue growth trends over the next 15-20 years.
- Advertising Saturation Impact:
• Analysis of how advertising saturation impacts consumer behavior, including ad fatigue, engagement rates, and potential shifts in content consumption.
• Impact assessment on advertiser ROI due to increased competition and oversaturation of ad space.
- Comprehensive Market Study
• The study will be used to inform the ordinance's regulatory framework (such as appropriate number of permitted signage).
• The consultant will be retained to assist the City on an as-need basis in negotiating financial terms of future development agreements with signage operators, utilizing the knowledge and recommendations of the market study.
