The vendor is required to provide graphic design services for include:
1. Discovery and strategy
• Review research, audience data and competitive set.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops (leadership, staff, patrons, community partners).
• Articulate brand positioning, personality and messaging pillars.
• Brand audit summary.
• Brand strategy and creative brief.
2. Visual identity development
• Develop a minimum of two (2) distinct creative directions.
• Refine selected direction through up to three (3) rounds of feedback.
• Primary and secondary logos (horizontal, vertical, icon‑only).
• Color palette and secondary color palette, typography system, graphic elements.
• Accessibility‑compliant color and contrast specs.
• Logo lockups with the city of mesa logo.
3. Sub‑brand and program extensions
• Create a sub-branding system for:
o Mesa contemporary arts museum
o Mesa arts center foundation
o Members circle at mesa arts center
o Mesa arts center art studios
o Mesa arts center volunteers
o Mesa arts center event services
• Logo lockups and usage guidance for each sub‑brand
4. Collateral and template suite -
• Design key collateral: business cards, notecards, letterhead, envelopes, PowerPoint, email header, electronic signatures, social media post and grid, print and digital ads, large‑format signage (banner, window cling, marquee, billboard).
• Editable, print‑ready files (adobe cc + packaged fonts).
• Brand gifs and animation.
• Editable templates in microsoft office.
5. Brand guidelines -
• Compile a comprehensive standards manual.
• Pdf + interactive (web‑based) brand guidelines.
• UI style guide*.
6. Launch support -
• Provide rollout plan and asset handoff.
• Final suite of materials.
• Training deck.
