Graphic Design and Production Services

The vendor is required to provide graphic design and production services to the parks and recreation department in support of the creation of annual parks and recreation activity guides.
- Adherence to production schedules, deadlines, and design plans as directed by the city
- Creative graphic design services and inputting of graphics, images, charts, texts, ads, and other visuals into activity guide templates as request and provided by the city
- Periodic meetings with department staff to discuss activity guide details, including to provide suggestions for aesthetic improvements to the layout/visuals and recommendations for making the activity guides more user-friendly
- Incorporation of city’s branding guidelines throughout the activity guide
- Recommendations for adding interactive elements to the activity guides, for example through insertion of social media links, and for adding user-friendly elements according to best practices.
