The vendor is required to provide wayfinding map design signage at existing and new rail stations, transit centers, park-and-ride facilities, and select bus stops based on established requirements, public transit schedule data and internal approvals.
- Wayfinding shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Ability to be printed, posted and displayed on the app and mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.)
• Updated quarterly

1. System map
• A two-sided transit system map file that will be online at valleymetro.org.
• The front side will feature the bus and rail network with insets of downtowns and phoenix sky harbor airport.
• The back side will feature a complete guide to services, a map and list of park-and-rides and transit centers, a light rail map, streetcar map, frequent service map, and how to ride information.
• A one-sided transit system map file that indicates city boundaries.
• We will need the native art files and all supporting links, fonts, art and graphics to use as needed for other agency transit marketing needs.
• The final size is 29.5” w x 22.5625”h for both maps.
• These maps will be updated quarterly with service changes.
2. Spider maps:
• There will be six different sizes for spider maps due to different kiosk sizing at light rail stations, transit centers and park-and-ride facilities.
o Light rail stations
o Transit centers and park-n-rides
o Streetcar stops
