The Vendor is required to provide graphic design and print and digital design branding for enrollment retention, and completion.
- Assigned brochure, catalog or schedule covers, design templates for brochures, recruitment packages, letterhead packages, invitation packages, posters, graphic identity guidebooks for campus users, and other assignments at the discretion of the Manager.
- Provide hourly rates for their services in three formats of work: Graphic and Design; Video Production; and Web Design and Development.
- Strategic and effective in pursuit of its goals including, but not limited to, the following:
• Maximize enrollment, retention, and completion leading to job placement and or college placement
• Strengthen admissions communications
• Know and understand the competitive landscape in workforce development
• Expand target geographical areas for recruitment and help build enrollment strategy
• Use market feedback to build the institutional brand
• Identify and evaluate industry trends
• Strengthen our brand and identity
• Identify and develop targeted print and digital communication outlets to support enrollment management objectives and goals
• The areas of printing, press proofing, proof checking, and specifying paper stocks and colors that will produce the desired effects in the printing process.
• Must have professional experience designing publications not only for print, but also for publication online and in popular digital media formats.
• Be willing to design within the limits of the college’s accepted graphic identity, must be able to redesign the graphic identity (upon request), must work in close cooperation with center and, when requested, with campus clients and other contracted graphic designers and printers.
