Fire Station Signage Services

The vendor is required to provide fire station signage services for manufacture, deliver, and install double-sided, V-shaped illuminated monument signs at station 8, located at 205-207 market street, in accordance with the following:
1. Fabrication:
•    Two (2) double-sided illuminated monument sign cabinets, 3'-0" h x 6'-0" w x 1'-0" d.
•    Two (2) black cladding units, 2'-8" h x 2'-8" w, to conceal support poles.
•    Two (2) sets of 3/16" polycarbonate sign faces.
•    Digital prints and engine turn specialty vinyl graphics for each side.
2. Text to read:
•    The style and structure we’re looking to replicate.
3. Color and branding:
•    Color: red to match a customer-provided paint sample — Axalta 44177 EW red orange.
•    Digital logo to be provided by the city for use on the signage at each location.
•    Final design and colors to be approved by the city prior to fabrication.
4. Installation:
•    Signs will be installed on site at each location.
•    The city for electrical connections at each location, including final electrical connections.
5. Exclusions:
•    sign permits, traffic control, and structural engineering are not included and will be invoiced as time and materials if required.
•    electrical wiring and service to sign locations is assumed to be provided by the city's electrical
6. Alternate units:
•    Add alternate 1: fire station 2
•    The contractor shall manufacture, deliver, and install single-sided, illuminated monument sign at station 2, located at 500 gibbon’s street, in accordance with the following detailed scope:
•    One (1) single-sided illuminated monument sign cabinet, 3'-0" h x 6'-0" w x 1'-0" d.
•    One (1) black cladding unit, 2'-8" h x 2'-8" w, to conceal support poles.
•    One (1) sets of 3/16" polycarbonate sign faces.
•    Digital prints and engine turn specialty vinyl graphics for each side.
7. Text to read:
•    Add alternate 2: fire station 7
•    The contractor shall manufacture, deliver, and install double-sided, illuminated monument
•    Sign at station 7, located at 1917 Luzerne Street, in accordance with the following:
o    One (1) 4'-4" h x 8'-0" w x 1'-0" d double sided illuminated monument sign two (2) 3'-0" h x
o    4'-0" w black cladding to conceal support poles.
o    Two (2) 3/16" polycarbonate sign faces
o    Digital prints and engine turn specialty vinyl graphics for each side.
