The vendor is required to provide graphics and signage services to the production and manufacturing, delivery and installation of signage, banners, and graphics to the authority.
- Proofing, quality assurance and ownership, the contractor shall:
• Ensure that all graphics and signage goods and services provided meet the highest quality standards and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Accept and process various artwork formats
• Provide proofs for review to ensure accuracy and quality
• Provide a consistent authority image across all materials
• Revisions due to vendor errors are at no cost
• Reprints due to defects must be completed at no additional cost
• All created artwork becomes authority property upon job completion
- Delivery and installation, the contractor shall:
• Ensure the availability of the primary sales individual or team to be available during delivery and installation to rectify any problems in a timely manner
• Furnish, install, and provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, and supervision to ensure proper inside delivery and installation of all graphics and signage
• Offer free delivery for proofs and packages to authority locations
• Be responsible for removal and disposal of existing signage and graphics and installation of any new signage.
• Wall preparation shall also include removal of tape, stickers and adhesive, to ensure a clean and smooth surface.
• All items shall be assembled and ready for use, unless otherwise requested by authority
• Be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area during the installation process and upon completion. any debris, packaging materials, or waste resulting from the services shall be promptly removed from the premises
• Repair and fill nail holes, holes, and cracks, if necessary, to ensure a clean, smooth surface, ready for installation
• Diligently perform the services including the design, approvals, manufacturing and installation of graphics and signage within the agreed-upon timelines, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties
• Complete on-time delivery as mutually agreed upon.
• Installation deadlines are firm, and job awards depend on vendor availability.
