- Content development
• Produce monthly editorial calendars and develop compelling stories across all channels.
• Update center programming guide tri-annually (fall, winter, winter and spring and summer).
• Update center flyers (general, February break, spring break, specialty enrichment and trunk-or-treat, transportation program) annually.
• Design program two flyers for high school and veteran audiences annually.
• Update center and program digital billboard advertising quarterly.
• Create center and program mail chimp newsletter templates.
• Design monthly Instagram and Facebook content for the center and program (approximately 16 annually).
• Generate original media assets (photo shoots, video shorts and reels) quarterly to showcase center and program benefits; maintain an archive for future use.
- Digital marketing and SEO
• Optimize the city’s center and college promise webpages for local search by enhancing metadata, adding location keywords and ensuring mobile friendly signup forms.
• Collaborate with the city to strategize and manage advertising on next door and Meta (Instagram and Facebook); craft audience-specific parameters for advertising to targeted demographics to optimize campaigns for two to five campaigns annually.

• Measure the success of tactical implementation of the center strategic communications plan by tracking and reporting performance metrics:
