The vendor is required to provide design, produce, and install the specified graphics on SUV-type vehicles and various pickup trucks for the city.
- Graphics
a. Police units: ford f-150s, Chevrolet 1500s, ford explorers, or similar SUVs shall include:
• White full door wraps for driver and passenger side front and rear doors
• Small graphics, both rear quarters
• Graphics for liftgate
b. Other pickup trucks and sedans shall include:
• City logo on both front doors
• Department id below logos
• Unit id number on tailgate and both doors
- Brand names and manufacturer's stock numbers are given for purposes of identification and to denote the standard of quality desired and do not restrict bidders to a specific make or manufacturer.
- Reflective graphics to be digitally printed with solvent inks onto Oracal 5650 white reflective and laminated with Oracal 751 clear for UV stabilization and scratch resistance.
- Installation
• A minimum of six (6) vehicles per week shall be completed as needed.
• Installers must be manufacturer certified for the product being installed.
• Proof of certification must be provided upon request.
• Materials and installation shall be covered by a five (5) year manufacturer-backed warranty.
• Partial kits and installation shall also be provided at the city’s request as needed and at pro-rated pricing.
