Digital Signage Services

The Vendor is required to provide digital jackpot signs and digital advertising boards.
- The Lottery is intending to award multiple contracts and place orders once the awards are finalized.
- The Lottery is unable to estimate how many signs or type of signs will be ordered because specific requirements are unknown at this time.
- Digital Jackpot Signs
•    Display live jackpot updates for Mega Millions, Powerball, and Cash 5 at our retail locations by using Lottery provided data.
•    Highly visible both indoors and outdoors.
•    Ability to support Thousands, Millions and Billions
•    Capable of real-time jackpot updates by integrating with Lottery provided data.
•    Multi-functional, supporting jackpot levels for various lottery products. Games subject to change and may need to be updated periodically.
•    Outdoor signage shall be weather resistant and suitable for long term use. 
- Digital Advertising Boards
•    These displays will be used in retail locations to showcase lottery products, odds of winning, promotional material, pricing, and Jackpot levels.
•    Digital advertising boards shall be capable of dynamic content management to include but not limited to location based messaging (city or region), retailer specific messaging (unique messaging for independent and/or chain retailers), and Lottery directive messaging (game launches, specific campaigns, jackpot alerts, responsible gaming).
•    Offeror shall be able to ensure the proposed content management system is able to utilize Lottery provided data.
•    Digital advertising signs shall be centrally managed by the Lottery, with the ability to:
o    Schedule content by time, date, location and duration
o    Override content in case of urgent updates
o    Centrally manage and monitor content delivery
•    Provide both production and testing environments for advertising boards.
•    The CMS (Content Management System) shall be able to read this file type:.mp4 / Encoding:H264 / Frame Rate:30fps)
•    The resolution for Digital advertising boards shall be 3840x1080.
