Fabrication and Installation of Wayfinding Signage Services

The vendor required to provide fabrication and installation of wayfinding signage services for include:
1. Pre-construction
•    Verify sign locations (in field)
•    Survey
•    Subsurface utility coordination
•    Develop production drawings
•    Submittal of all production materials for henry county approval
2. Permitting and reviews
•    Department approval of stamped production drawings
•    Department permit of signage locations
3. Sign fabrication
4. Construction and installation
•    Demolition and disposal of existing signage
•    Use of durable, breakaway, weather-resistant materials
•    Installation of new footings and signage
•    Compliance with ADA standards and MUTCD guidelines where applicable
•    As-builts
5. Attendance in, and meeting minutes of, monthly meetings to discuss progress and issues (additional meetings may be required to resolve major project issues).
