Digital Signage Services

The Vendor is required to provide district-wide deployment of 18 outdoor digital display boards across school facilities.
- These signage installations aim to improve community communication, enhance campus branding, and increase emergency message visibility.
- This project includes the provision, fabrication, delivery, installation, configuration, and testing of double-sided, high-resolution LED displays at each site, with unique graphic toppers per location.
- Digital Display Hardware
•    Display Type: Double-sided LED display (color)
•    Resolution: 6mm pixel pitch
•    Brightness: Minimum 7500 nits with auto-dimming for night/inclement weather
•    FPS: Minimum 30 frames per second
•    Dimensions: 3 ft x 7 ft per side
•    Edge-to-Edge Display: Required for full-panel visibility
•    Connectivity: Must allow for wireless content update capabilities. No cellular devices and/or cellular contracts will be allowed.
•    Mounting/Framing: All structural mounting elements necessary for display installation
- Topper/Skirt Design & Fabrication
•    Each board will include a metal fabricated illuminated topper and metal fabricated skirt.
•    Topper shall be either rectangular or sloped “A” shape (at District's discretion per site)
•    Skirt shall be painted the same color as the topper and must cover in wiring or support structure(s) under the digital sign.
- Installation Services
•    Site preparation as needed
•    Mounting and leveling of signage
•    Topper installation
•    Electrical integration (power will be provided by district at all sites).
•    Initial system testing and validation
•    Final inspection and commissioning
•    Coordination and scheduling managed by a district-assigned designee
- Content Management System (CMS) Integration
•    Wireless-capable CMS for remote display content updates
•    CMS must be user-friendly and intuitive, suitable for staff with minimal technical experience
•    May be agnostic or custom-developed
•    Vendor shall train District personnel in CMS use and management.
- Remote and/or on-site support for diagnostics and issue resolution
