Graphic Design and Media Production Services

The vendor required to provide graphic design and media production to be used in print and media for patient and public education on cannabis and hemp-derived cannabinoid products.
- The services will involve the production of video clips and original creative content optimized for printing and publication, collateral materials, and online presence.
- The contractor shall be responsible for the following:
•    Production of four (4) original video clips. 
•    The content will focus on informational and educational content and will include the following:
o    One (1) 2-minute patient testimony
o    One (1) 2-minute on introduction to medical cannabis science
o    One (1) 2-minute explanation on medical cannabis dosage and titration
o    One (1) 2-minute explanation of state cannabis or hemp rules and regulations
•    Responsible for storyboarding, management, and execution of the production process which includes coordination of production needs.
•    The production of the videos, including procuring talent, acquiring shooting locations, and permitting should that be required.
•    Identifying volunteer participants from among medical providers, patients, and staff who are willing to contribute to live-action video content.
•    Provide guidance on the most appropriate video format for each intended platform, including the department of website and various social media channels.
•    Production and development of visuals for agency education web page and social media. 
o    Twenty (20) original photographs
o    Ten (10) images
•    Creating designs for collateral materials, including:
o    Six (6) 2-sided flyers and cards
o    One (1) 3’ x 7’ banner
o    One (1) 2’ x 6’ banner
o    Twelve (12) pamphlets and tri-folds
o    Two (2) pocket-guides
o    Two (2) posters for public exhibition
o    Two (2) templates for patient and provider newsletters.
•    A pocket guide may be as follows: 8-panel, accordion fold, full color, floss text, folds to business card size; dimensions when fully open is approximately 8.5 x3.375 and when fully closed is 2.125 x 3.375.
