Videoboard Graphics Supplier Services

The vendor required to provide videoboard graphics supplier services to the live event producers, fan experience, art director and constituents at fighting Irish media (FIM), produce graphics and animations for five distinct videoboard shows at three separate locations.
- Create and support marketing, fan experience, and fan engagement ventures while elevating student-athletes and helping to create a first-in-class in-venue experience.
- FIM will create the style guide, and the company we select will versioned out the vision laid out by FIM. 
- All graphics are expected to be in 2d format; 3d animation is not required.
- Requirement:
•    Create a variety of graphics (pump-up, celebration, remembrance, etc.) for three separate venues
o    Notre dame stadium: main and ribbon boards
o    Purcell pavilion: main, table, ring, and corner boards
o    Compton family ice arena: main and ring boards
•    Versionize matchup graphics for five different sports (football, volleyball, hockey, women’s basketball, men’s basketball)
•    Versionize graphics for “big play” animations, both full screen and lower 3rd
•    All graphics are expected to be in 2d format; 3d animation is not required. Please also provide your proposed design approach and visual style for the insert graphics.
•    Create board show elements (replay wipes, transitions, etc.)
•    Create player headshots
•    Versionize graphics for special events
•    Re-design the insert package for all videoboard shows included in this is lower 3rds, full screens, and other graphics that are additive to the show.
•    Create graphics that have alpha capabilities that can be used.
•    Create special moment graphics for high-impact moments to music
•    Account for upcoming videoboard upgrades by ensuring all graphics are future-proofed and built to accommodate new boards as they are implemented.
•    The partnership is expected to commence upon contract execution, with annual billing on July 1 of each contract year.
