Custom Decals and Signage Services

The vendor required to provide custom decals and signage services on an as-needed basis.
- Requirement:
•    All decals and signage shall be custom designed to meet the requirements of the county. 
•    The materials used for decals and signage shall be of high quality and durable. 
•    All decals and signage shall adhere to applicable safety standards and regulations of withstanding outdoor exposure to various weather conditions. 
•    Decals and signage shall be produced using eco-friendly materials and manufacturing practices where possible. 
•    Clearly indicate the expected lifespan of each decal or signage, based on the materials used and intended use. 
•    Provide a variety of size and shape options for decals and signage to accommodate different requirements. 
•    Provide design proofs and obtain approval from the county before production begins. 
•    All decals and signage shall be produced and delivered within the agreed upon timelines. 
•    The county shall request a sample, printed on the material specified, at no cost to the county. 
•    The county will own the rights to all designs developed and utilized under this agreement
•    No changes or substitutions in materials shall be made without approval from the county. 
•    All prices bid shall include materials, printing, and installation. 
•    No additional charges will be allowed.

- Service requirements
•    To demonstrate their capabilities, the vendor shall provide samples of their previous work. 
•    Provide ongoing support and maintenance services, such as the replacement of damaged decals and signage. 
•    Furthermore, the vendor shall have a system in place to efficiently manage orders, provide updates on the production process, and ensure on-time delivery. 
•    Importantly, the vendor must have the capacity to handle large quantity orders and small orders, to meet the diverse needs of the county. 
•    Standard turnaround time shall be five (5) to seven (7) business days, expedited delivery shall be one (1) to two (2) business days, same day service within four (4) hours for local pickup.
- Installation
•    Provide decals and signage that are easy to install and remove without causing any damage to the application surfaces. 
•    All wraps and decals shall be pre-cut, with no trimming allowed on painted surfaces. 
•    The vendor shall be capable of coordinating the installation of the decals and signage if required by county staff. 
•    In some cases, the existing decals and signage will need to be disassembled before the new ones can be installed. 
•    Certain installations must be completed on-site throughout the entire county. 
•    While the vehicles are in the vendor's possession, they shall be kept in a secured and locked location. 
•    Provide a photo or statement to confirm a secured location is available.
