The vendor is required to provide involve comprehensively mapping the processes within the student affairs servicing departments, including but not limited to admissions, financial aid, advising, etc., and developing optimized communication plans based on that mapping in concert with the marketing and communications departments, and utilizing the college’s customer relationship management system, element 451.
- This engagement to developing and establishing a consistent, cogent, and student-first experience within student affairs, directly supporting our goals for enrollment, retention, and successful completion.
- Our planned structured approach will unfold as follows:
• Summer: activity planning.
• Fall semester: comprehensive process mapping.
• Spring semester: developing and optimizing communication plans.
