Resource Center Geographic Information System

The Vendor is required to provide all IT resources to the state Executive branch and other parts of State government, including systems, personnel, software, hardware, storage, cyber security and disaster recovery.
- A complete, consistent, accurate, and current statewide GIS public safety answering point boundary feature class, as described in the deliverables, component 1, which will be hosted and maintained by office following delivery of the dataset by the vendor.
- The creation of a statewide ng9-1-1 GIS data gap analysis of the fifty-seven (57) governing bodies or their agents; reporting on which governing bodies need to do what to provide the requisite GIS feature classes for ng911 service in the future, as described in the deliverables, component 2.
- A complete, consistent, accurate, and current statewide ng9-1-1 GIS provisioning boundaries feature class, as described in the deliverables, component 3 (optional), which, if created, would be hosted and maintained by office following delivery by the vendor.
- Provision of assistance to certain governing bodies, or their agents, on creating or improving their GIS data for ng9-1-1 service in the future, as described in the deliverables, component 4 (optional). 
- This assistance will be limited in duration and is intended to improve GIS data and set governing bodies on a path toward updating and maintaining their own data in the future.
