Digital Tax Mapping Services

The vendor is required to provide for land surveying and tax map revision services.
• Provide land surveying services, including but not be limited to:
• Provide boundary, topographic, site and utility surveys.
• Prepare all surveys on an auto CAD database (version 2000 or newer) compatible with other engineering firm’s databases and new jersey map filing law.
• Provide all documents in vellum.
• Provide field survey services that are integrated within the survey design database.
• Forward to agency a digital drawing file upon completion.
• Provide land surveying services, including but not be limited to:
• Review all deeds that have been filed with the county registrar’s office that affect any revision to agency tax maps;
• Sign and seal all revised tax maps in accordance with state.
• Attend regular, special and emergency meetings of the agency, if required.
• Prepare and review of reports, permits, applications and bid documents as requested by the agency.
• Review of all correspondence referred by the agency and prepare correspondence on behalf of agency, if requested.
• Interact with applicable borough personnel and other governmental agencies, as required.
• Provide a range of other specialized surveying services which may be needed by a borough government client.
