Environmental ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise Upgrade Services

The Vendor is required to provide to upgrade their ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environment that is currently at version 10.7.1, to version 11.x. The most suitable version for the upgrade will be determined following the consultant selection and based on versions currently available.
- Develop communication protocols.
- As part of this review, the Consultant will provide any key architecture and/or platform changes that may need to be introduced as part of this project, including any potential risks and associated recommendations.
- The Consultant will review the current environment of ArcMap, the geometric network, and moving to ArcGIS Pro.
- The Consultant will provide their input following their review and differing recommendations as necessary.
- Provides ArcGIS Enterprise access when connected to our internal network or a VPN, utilizing active directory authentication.
- The Consultant will produce a checklist or document outlining all tasks necessary prior to and throughout the completion of the upgrade and installation to help minimize downtime.
- The Consultant shall install and configure all necessary components for the new production environment prior to full implementation, where possible.
- This process shall be planned and done in a manner that allows for minimal downtime, and the fewest users affected.
- The Consultant shall migrate all users, groups, and critical content from the current Enterprise environment to the new Enterprise environment.
