GIS Data Collection Services

The Vendor is required to provide data using industry standard electromagnetic and ground penetrating radar locating techniques with high accuracy GPS collection to identify new and existing subsurface features.
- This may include, but is not limited to existing GIS data, existing CAD data, as-built drawings, construction drawings, and aerial collection.
- Present an accurate picture of the utilities on site, prior to field investigations, vendor will coordinate with site visit contract manager to obtain any existing data or documentation available.
- Upon completion of the data collection, the vendor shall provide a geodatabase of the data along with a report detailing the data collection including any potential concerns.
- Collect SUE (Subsurface Utility Engineering) data using industry standard electromagnetic and ground penetrating radar locating techniques with high accuracy GPS collection to identify new and existing subsurface features
- SUE Data
•    Detailed inventory of assets for the identified sites
•    Draft GIS geodatabase in standardized format
•    Final GIS geodatabase in standardized format
•    CAD.dwg files as requested
