The vendor is required to provide department operate 24-hour custody and substation facilities.
- Staff members at these facilities must be offered annual tuberculosis (tb) testing (tuberculin skin test [TST]) and flu vaccinations.
- County requires a contractor to provide tb testing/tb reading and new flu shots (which are rolled out in September of each year for the upcoming season) at three locations.
- The occupational health events for agency are scheduled over a two-week period on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in October or November.
- The occupational health events for the agency are over a one (1) week period on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in October or November.
- Besides clinical testing and flu shots, the county requires administrative staffing to handle any required paperwork and coordination of on-site services at each location.
- Administrative staff must be assigned to provide and collect necessary forms, answer questions, and manage the efficient process for employees taking tb tests and getting flu shots.
