The Vendor is required to provide for an executive director (“director”) with support services for the coalition.
- Services include:
• Attend and conduct meetings,
• Coordinate, prepare and distribute agendas,
• Arrange for monthly guest speakers, trainers and or presenters,
• Keep and distribute meeting minutes and attendance records,
• Prepare general correspondence for the coalition,
• Arrange for and pick up food as budget allows,
• Reasonably assist each ms4 member in its memorandum of understanding requirements with the county,
• Develop topics, prepare training materials and provide for the ms4 required contractor training
• Lead the subcommittee for the contractor training
• Work with DOPL for contractor CEUS
• Provide information materials (flyers and invitations) for the training class for counter distribution and internet distribution (postage for flyer mail out as a reimbursable expense)
• Organize and meet with subcommittees – assumes meetings with each subcommittee every other month or as needed
• Reasonably help each subcommittee to be viable and effective
• Record committee member assignments and action items
• Develop monthly social media posts, fliers, and infographics based on educational outreach topics provided by the agency members.
• Conduct brief online research to enhance the provided topics and ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• Create content suitable for various platforms, including social media (Facebook, twitter, Instagram,
LinkedIn) and the coalition’s website.
• Ensure that the design of the materials is visually appealing, aligns with the agency branding guide, and effectively communicates key messages
• Submit all developed content to the coalition members for review.
• Incorporate feedback from the engineering advisor to ensure technical accuracy.
• Revise content based on coalition members’ feedback to align with coalition goals and standards.
• Coordinate with the coalition’s website and social media subcommittee to schedule and post approved content on social media and the coalition’s WordPress website.
• Ensure timely dissemination of content according to an agreed-upon schedule.
• One social media post per month on storm water pollution prevention on each agency social media platform.
• One website resource (flyer, infographic, etc.) post per month on storm water pollution prevention.
• Monthly performance reports on posted content.
• Respond to phone calls and emails from coalition members and others
• General coordination of coalition programs
