The vendor is required to provide licensing for SCORM-compliant eLearning courses that are compatible with the city of oracle learning management system.
- The content must support department-specific training needs—including public works and utilities, parks and recreation, police and other municipal employees—across topics such as safety, compliance, technical skills, and professional development.
• Public safety and law enforcement topics (for sworn officers)
• Youth safety and behavior management (for parks & recreation staff)
• Compliance, ethics, cybersecurity, harassment prevention, safety
• Technical training for operational departments (for public works, utilities)
• Soft skills and leadership development - The content must be accessible, trackable within oracle learning, and suitable for full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff.
