The Vendor is required to provide human resource consultants to design, implement, and support a performance evaluation process for its direct reports: the clerk to council, the county administrator, and the county attorney.
- This will include gathering feedback from Council members and incumbent employees (via interviews, surveys, or both) to confirm that descriptions reflect Council’s expectations. The consultant will propose and, upon Council approval, update job descriptions as needed.
- All surveys, evaluations, and Council feedback must be collected and managed by the consultant to ensure confidentiality.
- Consultant ensures confidentiality, compiles and analyzes results, and delivers a comprehensive report highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and development recommendations.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
