The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive human resource services.
- Responsible for all HR functions for the department, which serves approximately 1,200 students and has over 200 staff members.
- The services will be a combination of both onsite and remote work to best support our staff.
- Must be able to perform a wide range of HR duties, including but not limited to:
• Recruitment and onboarding: managing the full cycle of recruitment from job posting to the final offer. This includes conducting background checks, managing new hire paperwork, and completing the onboarding process for all employees.
• Off-boarding and exit interviews: handling all aspects of employee separations, including collecting school property, processing final pay, and conducting confidential exit interviews to gather feedback.
• Employee relations: providing guidance and support to school administrators and staff on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Compliance and reporting: ensuring the department's compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. The vendor will be responsible for maintaining and keeping current the state administration system, a critical component of HR operations in state. This includes accurate data entry and reporting.
• Policy and procedure: developing and updating HR policies and procedures in accordance with current laws and best practices.
• Leave management: administering all types of employee leave, including act, sick leave, and personal leave.
