Employee Assistance Program

The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive range of services to department employees and their immediate family members, including the development of an EAP implementation plan, access to the short-term counseling, case management services, referrals, program promotion and program evaluation.
- The Applicant should propose criteria to determine when the tasks comprising the service are satisfactorily completed.
- Educational level of professionals and how many clinicians are normally on call during: 
•    8am-4pm shift 
•    4pm-12am shift
- Full staff of live consultants, crisis intervention teams, and account managers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year
- Substance abuse case management services.
- Care coordinators who answer the phones also provide any immediate or ongoing counseling services
- Budget: $120,000.00
