The Vendor is required to provide an employee assistance program (EAP) Administrator is designed to assist employees with any difficulties they may be having arising from personal, mental health, substance abuse and/or workplace related problems.
- The EAP Consulting Group shall offer day and evening appointments with more than one (1) office location, convenient to the employee and their family members.
- EAP Services shall include the following:
• Employee and supervisory orientation(s) at start-up,
• Yearly employee and/or supervisory training (4),
• Dot/sap evaluations of cdl employees testing positive, including reporting in the act
• Drug & alcohol clearing house, and consultations to the der (as required),
• Critical incident debriefing (CISD) or crisis intervention on an as needed basis,
• On site crisis response
• Supervisory consultations as needed, particularly to management staff who refer employees for performance concerns,
• Quarterly utilization reports,
• Employee promotional materials distributed regularly, via hard copy and electronic file
• Referral support, tracking, follow up and reporting
• 24-hour phone access handling routine appointments within 72 hours
• Emergent appointments scheduled within 24 hours,
• Face-to-face consultation as opposed to just phone consultation.
