Research Study Participant Recruitment Services

The Vendor is required to provide participant recruitment services for a variety of human research studies.
- Provide to establish a partnership with a recruitment vendor(s) capable of sourcing, screening, and enrolling qualified study participants who meet specific inclusion/exclusion criteria while ensuring ethical compliance, efficiency, and diversity of participants. 
- Recruitment of qualified participants is essential to the success of our studies.
- Participant pools may include:
•    Current smokers, vapers or nicotine users
•    Former smokers
•    Individuals interested in quitting smoking
•    Cannabis users
•    Alcohol users
•    Individuals interested in quitting any of these substances
•    Non-users (for control groups)
- Recruitment:
•    Identify, screen, and refer participants who meet study-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.
•    Utilize diverse recruitment channels such as online advertising, social media, panels, databases, and community outreach.
•    Ensure adequate demographic representation (age, gender, race/ethnicity, geography, and use profile).
•    Quality control measures should include but not be limited to initial filtering of responses to eliminate bots and potentially fraudulent participants, using CAPTCHA, email/phone/ZIP cross-checking, IP logging, duplicate submission checks, etc.
•    Must be able to screen on use status
•    Must be able to run multiple recruitments simultaneously
•    Maintain clear and consistent communication with participants until study enrollment.
- Additional Recruitment Services (not essential)
•    Capable of multilingual recruitment messaging
•    Ability to recruit outside of the country
•    Ability to advertise and recruit on non-digital platforms, such as TV, radio or print.
- Screening and Scheduling
•    Conduct pre-screening interviews (phone or online).
•    Manage participant scheduling and reminders, if required.
