- Experience, capacity, and expertise in sourcing, screening, and supporting the placement of qualified candidates across a range of professional, clinical roles.
- Requirements to include:
•    Strategic recruitment planning and consultation
•    Candidate sourcing for specialized and hard-to-fill positions
•    Screening, pre-qualification, and referral of prospective candidates
•    Marketing and outreach to attract diverse and qualified applicant pools
•    Support with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
•    Recruitment data reporting, metrics tracking, and performance evaluation.
