The Vendor is required to provide an Employee Assistance Program.

• Crisis counseling - including emergency telephone hot-line access provided on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week basis
• Management consultation
• Information and education of EAP services
• Referrals and Consultations
• Proactive health check ins
• Employer controlled pay per use access for targeted mental health supports
