Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Services

The Vendor is required to provide for the writing of term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment for the employees of both the town and school.
- To which sickness, disease or myocardial infarction, including medical or surgical treatment thereof, is a contributing factor; or
- Caused by suicide or intentionally self-inflicted injuries; or
- Caused by or resulting from war or any act of war, declared or undeclared.
