The Vendor is required to provide insurance providers who are capable of delivering high quality life insurance and AD&D benefits.
- Life Insurance
•    Provision of group life insurance coverage for all eligible employees
•    Option for employees to purchase additional voluntary life insurance
•    Coverage for dependents, including spouse and children
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
•    Provision of AD&D coverage that protects employees in the event of accidental death or dismemberment
•    Details on the coverage limits exclusions
•    Option for employees to purchase additional AD&D coverage.
