Insurance Producer Examination and Educational Services

The Vendor is required to provide individuals and entities, insurance producers, insurance advisers, public insurance adjusters, surplus lines brokers and life settlement brokers, and administers certain functions in connection with the licensing of motor vehicle damage appraisers by the auto damage appraisers licensing board.
- Provide quality examination and education services to the commonwealth’s insurance license applicants and licensees.  
- The exam review workshop may be followed by a meeting (which may be held virtually) for all interested parties, including, but not limited to, providers, insurance associations and industry representatives (Industry Day).
- Provide the division with statistical reports on a monthly basis, which include data on licensing candidates, examination administration (including re-tests, results in the aggregate and by location), fees and any other statistical information deemed necessary by the Division to measure the performance of the examination services.
