Managed IT Service Provider Services

The vendor is required to provide managed IT service provider (MSP) services for explore agency beginning in late 2025 or early 2026 with no anticipated conclusion date.
- The following IT systems:
•    End-users: microsoft ENTRA, m365, Intune, mac-OS, iOS, android
•    Cloud systems: azure, AWS, SaaS (various), m365
•    Network systems: Aruba, com-ware, juniper, FortiGate, Unifi
•    Operating systems: windows, Linux, Hyper-V
•    Cybersecurity: dark-trace, checkpoint harmony, defender
•    IT applications: manage engine, net-box, Acronis backup, mist, asana, confluence, git, checkpoint harmony.
