The Vendor is required to provide for operational technology professional services.
- The Operational Technology and Systems Intelligence unit of the IT department requires access to experienced vendor agnostic suppliers who can deliver a range of IT services to enhance infrastructure, ensure security, and maintain optimal performance.
- OT Infrastructure Services
• Hardware and software deployment
• Network and data center infrastructure optimization and upgrades
• System patching, post-update verification, and documentation
• Project planning and execution related to infrastructure improvements
• OT Cybersecurity operations
- System Integration Services
o Focuses on the deployment and seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise platforms to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
o Integration and testing of network monitoring, intrusion detection, ITSM, and IAM systems.
o Project execution and coordination for integration initiatives
o Syslog, SIEM, Azure, Active Directory, VMware, Cisco, Fortinet.
- Consulting services
• Provides strategic consulting and advisory services on OT cybersecurity.
• Cybersecurity assessments and gap analysis.
• Development of actionable (smart) roadmaps and recommendations.
• Advisory and support services for compliance, incident response planning, risk mitigation, and security architecture.
• Agency CIP compliance
• OT cybersecurity policy, standards and procedures development, review, operationalization, and training.
- When work is performed on-site, the successful proponent must hold a valid City.
