Information Technology Strategic Infrastructure Roadmap Services

The Vendor is required to provide to develop an information technology strategic infrastructure roadmap for the town.
- To ensure budget forecasting is accurate and the town is properly managing its data centre assets, the town is seeking a proponent who can evaluate current infrastructure, forecast future needs and review relevant town documentation to develop a ten (10) year asset management plan for its data centre.
- The infrastructure road map document must contain, at minimum, the following sections:
•    Executive Summary
•    Document Purpose
•    Current Asset State
•    Future Asset State
•    Asset Lifecycle Management Plan
•    Asset Risk Management Plan
•    Financial Summary and Forecast for Future Asset State
•    Asset Management and Replacement Plan
- Consultant’s Services
•    Providing directions for data collection;
•    Assessment and data interpretation;
•    Undertaking research and preparing materials and reports for staff review and input by senior leadership;
•    Ensuring the deliverables and supporting activities are of high quality;
•    Working collaboratively with town staff to achieve a mutually acceptable project outcome;
•    Assist in identifying stakeholders and various committees;
•    Engaging with town staff;
•    Meeting the timeframes as identified in the approved work plan and schedule;
•    Identifying opportunities for innovation and best practices;
•    Identifying and controlling areas of project risk;
•    Monitoring project expenditures;
•    Project management on behalf of the consultant team;
•    Facilitating and attending meetings and the preparation of presentation materials, reports, and meeting minutes; and, 
•    Delivering presentations and providing report content for senior leadership.
