- The objective is to enhance user experience, streamline digital services, and strengthen product management across departments.
- End-User Digital Services: Lead cross-departmental design efforts. 
- Development Products and Services: Architect and co-develop digital tools for departments.
- Key Deliverables:
•    Guidance: Specifications, usability reports, engagement materials.
•    Digital Services: Workshops, prototypes, UX research, delivery reports.
•    Development Products: Roadmaps, architecture packages, onboarding kits, and dashboards
