The Vendor is required to provide for the purchase, implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance of an internal communications mobile app for staff designed to provide easy access to the latest news, updates, and essential information hereto solution.
- The solution must integrate with agency systems including active directory for authentication and ahs’ intranet platforms: open text, Drupal, and SharePoint.
- The solution must be available for devices with support for iOS 17 and above and android 12 and above.
- The solution must be in full production and provide the following functionality: audience segmentation for messages, push notifications, branding capabilities, and engagement analytics.
- If the solution is hosted in the cloud; it must be hosted in a state data center with data center back-ups in state as well.
- The solution must comply with agency encryption standards: data at rest (aes-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3).
