- The mobile application will be populated with data from the listed sources and would have functionality unique to mobile applications, such as notifications and offline capabilities.

- The mobile platform must be designed to provide maximum accessibility and compatibility.
- The extreme heat ranking, the application would provide locally relevant information about upcoming heat events as well as locations of the nearest cool zone, urban tree canopy or medical centers such as hospitals or urgent care clinics during a heat event.
