The vendor is required to provide that medical insurance coverage that provide the highest value of benefits for employees, which includes a balance of cost, employee benefit design, provider access, and sustainability of the premium structure to allow for long-term stability of the benefit program.
-program that closely matches the current benefit design and is looking for both self-funded and fully insured options.
-Claims management, service, and cost containment strategies, and who, in turn, are willing to make resource commitments to the County that:
1.Effectively engage employees in targeted disease management, risk reduction and wellness programs.
2.Deliver efficient, cost effective and high-quality care.
3.Provide County with specific financial and clinical metrics data that measures program results in relation to the goals and objectives of the County.
4.Deliver innovative strategies and programs that result in cost containment and affordable plan choices for employees.
5.Provide proactive and highly responsive “best in class” account management services.
