The Vendor is required to provide emergency medical services (EMS) supply for public safety uniforms.
- Storefront within the 20- miles radius of the 40202 zip code; store must be open and accessible to walk-in customers during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 hours each day); storefront location must have adequate staffing to accommodate uniform needs.
- Provide quality customer service and order accuracy.
- All orders are required to be completed including patches, embroidery, and shipping (if applicable) within 10 business days from date placed.
- Provide confirmation of receipt, estimated delivery date and note any possible issues that would delay the order.
- 10 pieces of each inventory item listed below is to be kept in stock, available always.

• Provide an e-commerce website for order placement and tracking.
- Clothing sizes
• All shirt sizes must be available in sizes XS – 4XL, unless otherwise noted.
• All pant sizes must be available in sizes 4-28 Women’s and 28-54 Men’s, unless otherwise noted.
