The vendor is required to provide paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms including meta, google ads, YouTube, programmatic and display, LinkedIn, Tiktok, reddit, Pinterest, and more.
- Paid media to advance a range of, including:
• Raising awareness of our mission and work
• Driving lead generation and engagement
• Supporting donor acquisition and revenue generation
• Promoting key initiatives, events, campaigns and conservation stories 1. Campaign strategy and planning
• Recommend platform mix and targeting approaches
• Translate agency goals into measurable media strategies
• Provide media plans with clear rationale for spend and expected results
2. Platform setup and management
• Manage campaigns across multiple digital platforms
• Set up and manage audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation
• Ensure correct UTM tracking, pixel setup, and conversions are in place
3. Creative support
• Recommend formats and creative best practices
4. Reporting and insights
• Provide performance reports and insights
• Report on platform-level and campaign-level KPIs
• Make recommendations for ongoing improvement
5. Strategic collaboration
• Coordinate with agency internal team and external partners (e.g., creative vendors)
• Advise on upcoming campaigns and budgeting opportunities
• Provide post-campaign wrap-ups and learnings.
