Videography Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional digital media services, including videography and photography, throughout region.
- Provide high-quality videography and photography services, including but not limited to, professional videography, professional photography, video storyboarding and production, video editing, sound design, graphic design, and creative development.
- Schools to photograph and video record students participating in normal school activities, edit the videos and photographs, and package and deliver final videos/photographs with graphics and licensed music procured by the selected company where applicable.
- Services Include:
•    Completes two filming days per month (in eight (8) months of the 2025-26 school year) at board schools, offices, or secondary locations in the region area where board students/staff will be participating in activities.
•    Assists with shoot planning and storyboard development.
•    Video records and photographs students and staff members while they participate in interviews and in school activities for b roll.
•    Responsible for technical digital media tasks during filming days, including but not limited to lighting, camera set-up and scene staging, and audio recording.
•    Maintains ongoing, open communication with the board communications department.
•    Develops process for sharing raw footage from filming days with the communications department, so board can create edit notes to guide the selected company in packaging videos.
•    Edits videos and photographs based on the communication department’s notes.
•    Creates graphics in post-production and procures music licensing for delivered videos.
•    Delivers packaged videos, based on notes from the communications department, on a monthly cycle and edited photographs at the end of the school year.
•    Delivers eight (8) short videos (1-2 minutes in length) which will be used primarily on social media and 1 long video (roughly 3-5 minutes in length) which will be used primarily on YouTube per month for eight (8) months in the 2025-26 school year.
•    Delivers 400 edited stock photos, which were taken during the filming sessions, by the end of the 2025-26 school year.
•     Allows for two rounds of revisions on delivered digital materials.
•     Video resolution size should be 4k and photo resolution size should be 4k.
•     Ensures efficient and responsible data storage and back-up.
