The Vendor is required to provide professional photography services for state schools.
- Provide professional-level photography services and adequately support and coordinate with schools for student photography, provide families with the opportunity to purchase school photo packages, and provide copies of student photos to the department of education for use in the student information system.
- Responsible for managing the student information system, administering the department's privacy management program, and is responsible for resource services, digital tools, and content for schools.
- Photographs must:
• PNG or JPEG format
• Not to exceed 15 KB in size,
• Width of no more than 150 pixels and height of no more than 400 pixels, and resolution of 72 dpi.

- Fall Pictures
• Every student is to be photographed, regardless of portrait package purchase
• The name of the image/picture must include the student’s name.
• A minimum of three (3) portrait picture packages should be made available to all students.
• At least one (option) should be priced in consideration of lower socio-economic status, costing no more than $60.00.
• Provide options for digital and physical copy of student photo packages.
• Preprinted sales flyers are to be provided by the contractor to the schools, as well as a digital version.
• Provide a picture including all students and the teacher for each homeroom in each of the elementary schools.
• This homeroom photo should include the students’ names.
• Provide pricing for this item also in the proposal for families.
• At least one (option) should be priced in consideration of lower socio-economic status, costing no more than $60.00.
• Provide enough photographers to complete services.
• Fall pictures should be completed and distributed to students within 60 days after the photo day(s) have been completed by each school.
• Should a make-up day be required for a student, a make-up day should be scheduled after the distribution of fall pictures.
• Students/families are to purchase photography packages directly from the contractor.
- Student Identification Cards
• One colored student identification card should be provided for all secondary students.
• These identification cards should contain the student’s photograph, the student’s name, the school’s name, grade level, and school year.
• Identification cards are to be hard plastic (credit card like) material for the ID cards.
- Digital Student Information System Photos
• A digital student photo for every student will be provided to the technology & student information branch to be uploaded in sis within 30 days after the photo day(s) have been completed by each school.
• The image/picture must include the student’s id number.
• The photographs provided for the department must be transferred through a secure file transfer system.
